Shelter Real Estate is a boutique real estate agency located in Glen Iris, south east of Melbourne. The agency engaged ODC Design to complete a 355sqm fitout, from initial concept and space planning through to construction and hand-over. The layout included a reception and waiting lounge, meeting rooms, boardroom, offices, focus room, casual meeting area, open workspace area, new bathroom with shower, refurbished toilets, and a new kitchen and breakout area. Flip tables allowed for flexible configurations in the boardroom, while custom joinery and workstations were used in the meeting area and open workspace to fully realise our client’s vision. A soft and feminine colour palette was chosen to create a stunning yet warm Scandinavian look and feel.
