Ahead of re-leasing a commercial space in their Notting Hill Business Centre, Omnico asked ODC Design to complete a speculative fitout that would present a high quality, market-ready space to attract potential tenants. The end result was a welcoming waiting area featuring a reeded glass look and acoustic ceiling tiles, a large breakout zone to provide comfort and flexibility for staff and visitors, and new-look toilets designed to complement the updated design. Material selections were made to align with design elements already present in the space, such as more considered use of an existing timber feature wall.
